Let's clear up any concerns
How Do I order?
Every case is made to order so unfortunately we do not stock anything that isn't already in the Bone Yard. Our sales reps will be more than happy to collect all information regarding your order.
What does your warranty cover?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any faulty construction and/or defective hardware. Foam disintegration and wear n tear is not covered.
How does payment get processed?
We typically require at least 50% deposit in order to get your drawings designed and ready for approval. We accept Major debit and credit cards, and ACH payments. We also offer terms.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunantely, we do not offer international shipments at the moment. We would be more than happy to ship it to a forwarder of your choice.
Do you offer mobile repairs?
We don't offer mobile repairs at this time.
How long do orders usually take?
Our cases are typically built to order and lead times may vary. We do stock some standard cases. Please reach out for our current lead time and more information.
